Malta's water is hard on washing machines.
Our tap water is a blend of desalinated sea water and groundwater from limestone rock, and it comes out hard. Inside the machine, limescale mixes with detergent residue and lint. That hidden layer is where musty smells and grey build-up start.

You've probably seen ads like this: "Years of grime, gone in seconds." We could advertise WashNovo like that, but it wouldn't be honest. Washing machines build up detergent residue, pet hair, grime and bad odours over time, deep inside the washing machine where it cannot be reached. WashNovo is made for routine washing-machine care. Simple to use. No scare tactics. No impossible promises. Because good maintenance doesn't need a miracle. It needs a product you can trust. WashNovo. Honest machine care.

Questions people ask.
Can I put clothes in with the tablet?
No. Always run it with an empty drum and no detergent.
Is it safe for my machine?
It is made for front and top loaders. Always follow your machine manual.
Will it remove black mould from the door seal?
It helps stop build-up coming back, but it will not lift old stains. Wipe the seal and leave the door open after washing.
Why every two weeks?
Hard water and frequent washing build up fast. If you only wash a few times a week, once a month is enough.
Do I still need to clean the filter?
Yes. Empty the filter every few months, as your manual says.
Is the smell strong?
No. It is a light aloe vera fragrance that fades after the cycle.
